Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention
About Our Program
This CDC program helps millions of Americans control their high blood pressure and reduce other risk factors for heart disease and stroke, the first and fifth leading causes of death in the United States.
In the U.S., heart disease and stroke take the lives of one in four people each year. More than 120 million Americans have high blood pressure, one of the leading contributors to both conditions.

HOW WE HELP
Unlimited Potential holds Health Fairs almost every week in different locations. In these Health Fairs we check your blood pressure and provide you with information and education that will help inform you of any underlying health issues. This includes a pre-diabetic survey which can help you be prepared ahead of time for any health situation.

Here at the Unlimited Potential location, we have biannual Health Fairs; one in the spring and another in the fall. You can learn more on our events page.
