If you are over the age of 18, and have a family member with diabetes, cardiovascular, and kidney disease then this is the event for you!

The National Kidney Foundation will provide free health screenings on April 6, 2024, from 8:30 to 11:30 am. Participants will receive their results the same day and have the opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with a physician. Limited consults are available.
