Emma Viera, PhD, MPH | Executive Directoris deeply connected and respected in the health community. In addition to her role at Unlimited Potential, she is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Arizona Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. Prior roles include associate director for clinical research, All of Us Research Program/Precision Medicine Initiative with the University of Arizona - Health Science Center, vice president of clinical integration for Southwest Network, and Chief Operating Officer at Wesley Community Health Center. Under her leadership, the scope and quality of community health worker outreach and education services have the utmost standards.
Tawsha Trahan | Director of Environmental Justice, leadsUnlimited Potential’s efforts to clarify the connection between climate and community health, assess, respond and advocate for community members in high-need areas, and serves as a liaison with other organizations. Previously serving as the Local Food Coordinator at Spaces of Opportunity, of which Unlimited Potential is a founding member, she brings knowledge of farms and farmers markets, food distribution channels, and general project management experience. Prior to this experience she spent 10 years as a senior product education and wildfire mitigation consultant at Allstate Insurance Company.

Esther Villa | Consultant, Community Programshas over 15 years of experience working with community groups and executing activities based on the needs of the community. She leads over 200 community health workers across Maricopa County and received several statewide recognitions for her leadership and commitment to community health.
Isabel Campaña | Director of Adult Educationoversees GED and ESL Programs, develops curriculum, and leads our educator’s team at Unlimited Potential. She has worked as an educator, teaching Spanish, French, Art, and English, over 15 years across all age groups, in a range of academic institutions and art museums. Isabel’s focus at Unlimited Potential is the development of programs that support the idea that education is an intrinsic aspect of a person’s health. Her own experience as a lifelong learner is essential to supporting our member’s growth as they return to classes to continue with their education and attain or complete both GED diplomas or reach a functional level of English proficiency, in order to continue with higher education. Isabel has a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, a Bachelors in Art, and is a certified TEFL - Teacher of English as Foreign Language.

Dr. Ana Guzman | Director of Community Health and Educationstudied medicine at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where she learned the importance of disease prevention. She has been active in the field of public health and preventative medicine training and education development for more than 20 years. Dr. Guzman's focus is on teaching disease self-management programs to trainers and patients. Empowering and helping people in how to achieve a healthy lifestyle, prevent disease, and manage their conditions is her passion. Dr. Guzman volunteers her time with the Valley of the Sun Community Leadership Board of the American Diabetes Association and with the Diabetes and Community Health Workers Coalition.
